Matt founded Shoredons & Co in 2017 to give growing businesses senior corporate counsel without the overheads of a traditional City firm.

He advises founders, boards and investors on share sales, investment rounds, reorganisations and shareholder arrangements, and acts as outside general counsel for a number of scale-ups.
