How we work
You deal with a qualified solicitor from the first call. We scope the work, agree the fee in writing and confirm it in a client care letter before starting. Where a matter is capable of a fixed fee, we quote one. Where it is not, we tell you why and agree a ceiling.
Regulation and transparency
Shoredons & Co Legal Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority under number 816928, and all our solicitors are admitted in England and Wales. We publish price and service information in line with the SRA Transparency Rules, hold professional indemnity insurance that meets the SRA minimum terms, and operate a written complaints procedure with onward routes to the Legal Ombudsman and the SRA.

We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 and are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office. Marketing emails are only sent where you have given consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.
